Feeding instructions
Feed Organic 16-8 Mineral to lactating dairy cattle according to the feeding program as outlined by your professional nutritionist. Consumption should be approximately 6 to 8 ounces per head per day. Provide adequate high quality forage and access to clean water.
- Do not feed old, moldy, or insect infested feeds as they may cause illness, abortions or death.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
Caution: Do not feed to sheep. Livestock fed a phosphorus-deficient ration may over-consume minerals when they are first offered. During the first week, limit the amount of mineral to the minimum amount allowed in the feeding directions daily and prevent individual animals from monopolizing access to the feeder. Follow label directions. The addition to feed of high levels of this premix containing selenium is not permitted.
