Feeding Instructions

Feed Goat Grower R20 Medicated continuously as the sole ration to growing goats.

Make sure that feeders remain clean. In an effort to minimize management problems, goats may be offered approximately 10% good quality long-stemmed hay. Goats are ruminants; make all feed changes gradually. Fresh, clean water and salt should be available at all times.

CAUTION: Do not allow horses or other equines access to feeds containing Monensin. Ingestion of Monensin by equines has been fatal. Feeding undiluted or mixing errors resulting in high concentrations of Monensin has been fatal in cattle and could be fatal in goats. Monensin medicated feed is intended for use in cattle or goats. Consumption by unapproved species may result in toxic reactions. For ruminant use only.

LIMITATIONS: Feed continuously. Do not feed to lactating goats. Must be thoroughly mixed in feeds before use. Do not feed undiluted. Do not exceed the level of Monensin recommended in the feeding direction, as reduced average daily gains may result.

Contact your local CHS nutrition consultant for assistance in planning a feeding program to meet your specific needs.
