Feeding Directions
Start calves on feed at one week of age. Feed free choice until they consume 5 pounds per head per day. Do not feed more than what they consume each day to assure feed is fresh at all times. Provide adequate high quality forage or pasture and clean water. Do not feed old, moldy, or insect infested feed as it may cause illness or death. Store in a cool, dry place. Contact your local CHS nutrition consultant for assistance in planning a feeding program to meet your specific needs.
