Lamb Creep
For starting sheep.
Feeding Directions
Lamb Creep is designed to supplement the nutrients provided by the ewe or by Lamb Milk
Replacer. It should be fed to lambs from about 5 to 7 days of age until they weigh approximately
40 to 50 pounds.
Feed continuously at a rate of 0.33 to 1.55 pounds per head per day to lambs. Offer good quality
hay in racks, allowing 4 inches of rack space per lamb. Fresh, clean water should be available at
all times.
Lambs may be finished for market using Payback complete sheep feeds or properly supplemented grains or forage. Contact your local CHS nutrition consultant for assistance in planning a feeding program to meet your specific needs.
