Organic poultry
The Payback feed line includes complete and balanced organic feeds for starting chicks, developing pullets and producing layers. These complete feeds include organic ingredients such as corn, barley, flax and soybean meal, plus full mineral and vitamin fortification. Use our Organic Chick Starter Crumble (25-pound bag) from the first day of a chick’s life to six weeks of age. Egg Feed is to be fed free-choice with whole, cracked grain or ground grain to chickens being kept for egg production. Egg Feed is formulated to provide optimum levels of protein, energy, vitamins and minerals needed for sustained, high level egg production when the total ration consumed consists of 50% Egg Feed and 50% grain.

Start feeding Egg Feed and grain free-choice when pullets are 20 weeks old or at housing time. One-half of the feeder space should be allotted to the Egg Feed and one-half to grain. The feeder space allotted should allow easy access to both Egg Feed and grain. The grain may consist of barley, corn, milo, oats or wheat. Corn is preferred if available. If oats are fed they should make up no more than one-half of the grain.
